Payment Policy

Lakeview Foot Care is committed to providing high-quality foot care services for clients who require specialized attention. Please review our payment guidelines below to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

Payment Methods

  • Accepted Payment Options: Payments can be made in cash or via e-transfer to sara@lakeviewfootcare.ca.
  • When to Pay: Payment is due at the time of service, upon completion of your appointment.
  • Late Payment Policy: Payments not received within 30 days of the service date will incur a $10 late fee, with an additional $10 fee every 30 days thereafter until the balance is paid in full.

Service Fees

  • Initial Visit: $70
  • Follow-Up Treatment: $60
  • Fingernail Clipping (Add-on): $10

Please be advised that Lakeview Foot Care services are not eligible for insurance reimbursement under most plans.
 All services are paid directly to the provider.


 

Cancellation Policy

We understand that situations may arise requiring an appointment to be rescheduled or canceled. In consideration of our clients and to allow for scheduling adjustments, Lakeview Foot Care has implemented the following cancellation policy:

  • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Missed Appointments: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in a $20 cancellation fee added to your account.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our payment and cancellation policies. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we strive to offer the best care to all our clients.
